Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Perishable items (e.g., fresh oils, foods) or personalized goods are non-returnable. Contact support@ayurvaa.com with your order number to initiate a return; we’ll provide a label if eligible. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, and refunds process within 5-7 business days to the original payment method upon inspection.

Defective items qualify for exchanges—please include photos for faster processing.
